General Terms and Conditions and Event Participation Terms

1. General Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to participation and the associated ticket sales for the event mentioned above, organized by the above-mentioned organizer. Deviating terms and conditions from the participant are not valid.

1.2. The organizer reserves the right to make changes and additions to these regulations. Any changes and additions become valid through publication on this website.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. Registration for participation in the event is only possible via the organizer's website and the website of diginights GmbH.

2.2. With the information provided on the website, the organizer makes an offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. The participant accepts the offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract by completing the order process and clicking the "Place order with payment obligation" button in the final order mask. The valid acceptance of the offer by the participant requires that the participant has filled in all required fields (marked with "*") and accepted the GTC of diginights GmbH.

2.3. The contract for participation in the event is concluded only after the organizer has confirmed the registration to the participant in writing via email. Changes and/or additions to the contract must be made in writing. This also applies to the cancellation of the written form clause.

3. Prices

3.1. The price mentioned in the participation confirmation is the final price and binding for the participant.

3.2. All prices include, if applicable, the applicable VAT.

3.3. If special prices for discounts (students, members of certain organizations, etc.) are granted, this is also separately stated. If no discounts are indicated, none can be granted. The discount must be provided upon presentation of valid proof. The proof must be provided before the start of the event. If the proof cannot be provided, the participant must pay the difference between the full price and the discounted price at the start of the event to be entitled to access.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made via the payment methods specified on the website. All prices are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract and no later than on the event day.

4.2. The participant has the option to pay by direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Mastercard, Visa).

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal:
If the participant is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, they may withdraw their declaration of contract within 14 days without providing any reason in writing (e.g., letter, email). To do so, they may send an email with the ticket ID. The participant may use the following contact information: info@zigarrenkultur.de.

The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the conclusion of the contract and also not before the fulfillment of the organizer's information duties according to Art. 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as the duties according to § 312g Para. 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Art. 246 § 3 EGBGB. To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the case of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the services received and, if applicable, the benefits (e.g., interest). If the participant cannot return the received service and use (e.g., benefits of use) in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, they must compensate the organizer for the value.
